This means that whether you are meeting us for the first time, or if you are a valued customer who has been an Ashtenne tenant for many years, you will always deal with us direct. No agents, no middlemen.
 
As a new customer, you can expect your enquiry to be responded to quickly, by an asset manager based in the office nearest to you. They will arrange to meet you and show you around any properties which might suit your needs. They will then work with you through the leasing process, right up to the completion of your new lease.
 
Once you join us as a tenant, you will then benefit from the support of our in house team of property managers, site inspectors and on site staff, who ensure that our estates are well maintained.
 
We believe that our hands-on, in house approach means that we are better placed to provide a better and more responsive service to you, our customers.
