The following terms and conditions apply to a user's use of the Ashtenne-Online website.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions the user accepts that we may contact you from time to time to assist in finding a suitable property unless you have specifically indicated that you do not wish to be contacted.
Your details may be passed onto companies owned by Ashtenne Industrial Fund Unit Trust.
All Property descriptions, sizes and pictures (the content) are for guidance purposes only.
Every effort is made to keep Materials up to date but registered users should obtain independent verification or advice before relying on any piece of information in circumstances where loss or damage may result.
1. Visitors
Visitors may use the Ashtenne-online search service and the materials that appear on it from time to time for their own private or business research, and for this purpose may:
a. display the content on screen;
b. make printouts of content items
c. download and store in machine readable a single copy of portions of the content primarily for one person’s exclusive use.
2. Restrictions on Use
Visitors may not:
a. make multiple printouts or copies of the content for distribution to unauthorised Persons;
b. re-sell the service or any part of the content to others;
c. make the service or any content available to unauthorised persons on a local area network, a wide area network or on any intranet or extranet or internet site;
d. extract, abstract, download, store, reproduce, transmit, display, copy, distribute or use the content other than as permitted.
e. decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the website components, software programs, databases or other systems used by Ashtenne Industrial Fund Unit Trust or its web service providers.
f. use the Service for any illegal purpose nor send or post or allow any posting of information which is defamatory or obscene or which violates the legal rights of others, nor use the service to send any unsolicited promotional or advertising material, or any volume messages which may interfere with the provision of the service or the enjoyment of the service by other users.
g. We may suspend access to the service at any time without compensation if we suspect, on reasonable grounds, a breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Content

d. The service is provided on an ‘as is’ basis and ashtenne Ltd excludes to the extent permitted by law all implied warranties relating to fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All intellectual property rights and other rights in the service and content (in both machine readable and printed form) belong to AIF. Visitors acquire no proprietary interest in the service or contents and except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions and may not use the service or the materials in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights in them.
b. Visitors may not obscure or remove any copyright notices.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ashtenne or its third party internet software providers shall have no liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
As at 17/10/2007 these terms and conditions apply to all visitors.
